chore: bump plugin-taskwork to 7ecedc9 and record the upstream PR status

The plugin gains the row menu on the age badge and a filter in the project
picker, which also scrolls into view under the last task. README follows the
private workspace: PR-1 is merged upstream, the feature branches track main.

## Branches in `cloudcli/`
Each feature branch is cut **from the upstream tag `v1.37.2`**, never from another

Each feature branch is cut **from upstream `main`**, never from another feature

current by merging `main` into them, so their base moves with upstream; today it
sits at or just after the `v1.37.3` release.
